Terms and Conditions
Active duty, Guard, Reserve, Military Retirees, DoD civilians, and their families are eligible to enter. Participants may only win one prize per campaign. Prizes must be picked up from the 51 FSS Marketing Office, Bldg. 937, Room 106, Osan AB, by 31 October.  No prizes will be shipped. Must be 18 years or older to enter. Winners must fill out a prize acceptance form that requires a social security number in order to pick up prize. Prize Acceptance Forms are collected by NAF Accounting and will be submitted to the Air Force Services Activity for tax purposes if the winner wins more than $600 in FSS prizes in any given year, per regulation. 51 FSS/FSK reserves the right to disqualify any entries suspected of being fraudulent. You may only win once throughout the duration of the campaign.
